With the impending World Championships looming, it was in many ways a worrying time. Lauren was carrying a very bad hip Injury that limited her kicking ability. Determined to make the day count she had the forethought to take up Boxing prior to the event to help tilt the scales back into her favour. Adding to the stress of competing, Lauren and Sian were selected to do four Demonstrations for the Worlds Competitors and Spectators. That day Lauren went on to win three World Titles in one day. This was almost unheard of, beating categories with over 130 girls in, then teaming up later with Sian to be crowned World Team Champions and Individual Sparring Champion.

Lauren was also nominated for Martial arts Illustrated as Martial arts Rising Star of the Future being decided in 2011.

2011 saw the girls get bigger and stronger, another year of total domination in Sparring and Forms. Since 2010 both girls had moved up two divisions and were still untouchable.

Lauren Won Martial Arts Illustrated Rising Stars Competition and her and Sian were invited to appear at the Clash of The Titans where they had a standing ovation from martial arts fighters and fans.

The Edmunds Sistas were selected from 60,000 to represent Europe at China's Got Talent but due to a knee problem with Lauren, the girls had to pull out of show.

Edmunds Sistas got to the live panel show of Skys Got to Dance. Both were Grand Finalists at Britain Does Variety with a Phantom of the Opera routine.

Another Sister entered the Arena this year 10 Year Old Lara Edmunds who also will be one to look out for getting 2 Silvers at Sparring in her First ever Competition.
